Funny, wise and uplifting, Whistling In the Dark is the story of two tough and enduring little girls. However Sally is known to have a wild imagination and no one believes her, making you as a reader question imagination from reality. Sally, who is delightfully earnest, has every intention of following through to the letter. The story was so slow at times that I had to fight the urge to skim just to be done with it.
